QR Bee ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use qrbee.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign up with email or Google.
• QR code content — the links, text, Wi-Fi details, UPI IDs, or contact data you enter to generate a QR code, along with your design settings.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We store only the transaction reference, amount, and status. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Usage data — basic technical logs such as browser type, device, and approximate region, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

• To create, save, and let you download your QR codes.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process subscriptions and one-time payments.
• To send essential service emails such as receipts and security notices.
• To diagnose faults and improve the product.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run QR Bee: our cloud database and authentication provider, and Razorpay for payments. Each processes data on our instructions under its own security commitments.

4. Data retention

Your account and saved QR codes remain stored until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to us at the contact address on our Contact page. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted per user by row-level security rules, so no other customer can read your QR codes.

8. Children

QR Bee is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
