Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and QR Bee. By creating an account or using qrbee.app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details and are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. One person or organisation per account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not create QR codes that link to malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent payment requests.
• Do not use QR Bee for anything illegal under Indian law or the law of your own country.
• Do not resell, scrape, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
• Do not overload our systems with automated bulk requests.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

3. Plans and billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost with limited features.
• Starter and Pro are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
• Lifetime is a single one-time payment granting Pro features for as long as the service operates.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

If a payment fails to unlock the features you paid for, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate. We do not offer refunds for unused time on an active subscription that worked as described.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into your QR codes and to any logo you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and render that content so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or brand you upload.

6. Availability

We work to keep QR Bee running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
